
The NASA Astronauts Being Launched into Space On Saturday Are Both Out of Houston

Robert Behnken and Douglas Hurley are both stationed at the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas.

This is the first time since 2011 that humans will be launched into space from American Soil. The launch is scheduled for this Saturday May 30th.
The intended goal of the mission is to fly to the International Space Station aboard the SpaceX Flacon 9 rocket and Dragon Spacecraft. They will stay aboard the ISS anywhere form 30 to 119 days.
