It only takes 5 minutes to make, and it's incredible.
1/2 Cup Unsalted or Salted Butter (If unsalted, add a pinch of salt)
1/4 Cup of Honey
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
A Pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt (crushed) (optional, can also use sea salt)
In a medium sized bowl, smash the butter then add in the honey, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until evenly blended.
Add the Pink Himalayan Salts and smash together until the ingredients are even.
We recommend using a mixer to evenly mix the ingredients. You can adjust the proportions of each ingredient to taste.
To keep the butter longer, store it in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 weeks max.
What to Eat it With
We recommend eating the butter on rolls, french toast, pancakes, and waffles.
It makes for a perfect condiment to morning breakfast or a weekend brunch. 🍳 🥓 🥞
